The Managing Director adv. Galina Andreeva LL.M
has a Bulgarian-German background and is a holder of legal degrees from both jurisdictions. Becuase of the strong economical relationships between Bulgaria, Germany and Italy, she has also specialized in Italian law. This unique multi-jurisdictional competence ensures the best solutions for transactions arising from cross-border relationships.
After years of experience as a senior associate lawyer in the first international legal company to set its offices in Bulgaria after the political changes in 1990, adv. Galina Andreeva looks back at a proven track-record of providing high quality professional services to foreign investors and natural persons in Bulgaria with special focus on clients from the German speaking jurisdictions.
She has also a vast experience as a local expert for Bulgarian law and standards before the English court and has provided a numerous reports on different matters.
